Our principals and staff have over twelve decades of experience in the specialized field of member solicitations for banks, thrifts, insurance companies, credit unions, stock exchanges and other regulatory bodies. We have assisted numerous banks and their advisors to achieve successful results in annual and special meetings, conversions, rights offerings, and merger & acquisition solicitations.
Over the past three years, our executives have worked with over 150 banks and thrifts in the capacity of information agent for mergers and rights offerings, and as proxy solicitor for Annual Meetings, Special Meetings (of Shareholders and Depositors) involving issues such as approval of compensation plans, Say on Pay proposals and proxy contests. These clients range in size from Bank of America to small regional banks and thrifts.
Our team was recently involved with the successful conversions of Northwest Bancorp Inc, Oritani Financial and Fox Chase Bancorp.
