Since its founding in July 2010 and subsequent purchase by AST, Phoenix Advisory Partners is off to what is believed to be the fastest and most impressive start of any proxy solicitation and corporate governance advisory firm ever. Founded by a core group of senior consultants with average industry tenure of over 20 years, Phoenix is staffed by whom we consider to be among the best people from our industry.
Phoenix's clients already include 8 of the Fortune 100, and approximately one hundred additional companies of all sizes and in all industries. The majority of these clients followed their consultants to Phoenix, which is a testament to the strength of our advisory relationships and consistently high quality of service. Phoenix provides service throughout North America, and has its principal offices in New York and Toronto.
