Information Agent Services

We provide "strategic information agent" services in connection with a range of M&A and other corporate action transactions. This service extends well beyond the relatively limited inbound "investor help-line" which others provide.

We firmly believe that the information agent can and should provide a two-way flow of information throughout the transaction:

  1. Proactively publicizing the transaction, its terms, deadlines and the issuer's recommendation to the target investors, and;
  2. Providing intelligence on acceptance, anticipated final participation rate, and reasons for significant holdouts back to the bidder and its advisory team.

These services are led in the US and Canada by experienced, senior executives with extensive investment banking, legal, and corporate governance backgrounds.
