Special Meetings
Phoenix also supports our clients in connection with special meetings they may conduct for a range of reasons. Chief among these are meetings called to approve mergers or other business combinations, which significantly impact their investors/voters, and may be transformational for the company.
Beginning in 2011, merger meetings will for the first time also include a "Say on Golden Parachutes" proposal. We apply the same rigorous analysis and projections to the Say on Parachutes issue as we do to the transaction proposal itself.
